TME has 3 operating divisions - TME Consulting Engineers, TME Energy Services, and TME Structural Services which work together in a complementary manner to provide innovative and cost effective engineering solutions.

• TME Consulting Engineers provides traditional mechanical and electrical engineering services including project design, cost estimating, and construction administration.
• TME Energy Services provides a wide assortment of energy related services including utility rate analysis, energy audits, wholesale purchasing of natural gas and electricity, commissioning, and sustainability consulting.
• TME Structural Services provides structural engineering services including project design, cost estimating, and construction administration.
