(TME) is a full service mechanical, electrical, structural, and energy engineering firm headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas, with branch offices in Tucson, Arizona; Fayetteville, Arkansas; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and St. Louis, Missouri. The TME staff currently includes one hundred and forty (140) people including thirty (30) licensed Professional Engineers, fourteen (14) Engineer Interns, three (3) Certified Energy Managers, nine (9) ASHRAE Certified Healthcare Facility Design Professionals, fourteen (14) LEED™ Accredited Professionals, one (1) NICET IV Certified Fire Protection Designer, two (2) Green Building Engineers, two (2) NEBB certified commissioning supervisors, one (1) Certified Energy Procurement Professional, and one (1) Microsoft Certified System Engineer. TME has three (3) operating divisions - TME Consulting Engineers, TME Energy Services, and TME Structural Services which work together in a complementary manner to provide innovative and cost effective engineering solutions.

• TME Consulting Engineers provides traditional mechanical and electrical engineering services including project design, cost estimating, and construction administration.
• TME Energy Services provides a wide assortment of energy related services including utility rate analysis, energy audits, wholesale purchasing of natural gas and electricity, commissioning, and sustainability consulting.
• TME Structural Services provides structural engineering services including project design, cost estimating, and construction administration.

TME has provided engineering and energy services for more than 2500 projects at more than 1000 facilities located nationally for clients in 24 states and internationally in 5 countries to include Canada, Costa Rica, Ireland, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.
