Marketing Assistant/Intern

TME, Inc., is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team in Little Rock. Education and experience required for this position include:

Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.

Experience with desktop publishing software to include InDesign.

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

Responsibilities for the position include the following:

- Assisting in preparing statements of qualifications and proposals

- Assist with editing written and visual materials for interviews and client presentations

- Assist with developing, maintaining and updating staff résumés.

- Assist in preparing project sheets and narrative descriptions for projects (with input from technical staff)

- Assists in preparing and updating marketing collateral materials (brochures, postcards, business cards, etc.)

- Assist in entering/updating marketing projects in Ajere software application

- Assist in organizing photo shoots with internal and external teams

- Assist with organizing both intern and external events

- Filing, copying, and general administrative departmental needs
